The Regulation contains the Management scheme of the State Forestry Service and the Central body structure of the Kyrgyz Republic. The Regulation consists of 4 Sections composed of 21 articles. Section 1 (arts. 1- 9) lays down the general provisions. Section 2 (arts. 10 – 13) determines objectives and functions of the State Forestry Service. Section 3 (arts. 14 – 15) establishes the rights of the State Forestry Service. Section 4 (arts. 16 – 20) regards the organization of the State Forestry Service activities.
