This Regulation entered into force on 23 April 2010.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of seven paragraphs, establishes: (1) detailed requirements for the questionnaire used to enter data to the information system of the Agency for Restructuring and Modernization of Agriculture where the register of branded livestock is kept; (2) detailed conditions and method of passing data to the information system of the Agency. In particular, the questionnaire must allow to make declaration of the location of herd, location of the processing plant or incinerator, increase or decrease of the herd size, notification of the identification of livestock, and notification of slaughter or death of livestock.
