This text entered into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 14 February 2020).
Résumé

This Regulation prescribes the conditions for placing small quantities of food on the market; determines what is considered as small quantities of food; sets the type of food, place or area where small quantities of food may be placed on the market; provides for indications on certificate form and contents of related records; specifies exclusions, adjustments or deviations from food hygiene requirements related to production or processing facilities in which small quantities of food are produced, or in which traditional methods are applied at certain stages of food production, processing and trade of the same, or in which food business with traditional characteristics is operated, as well as in facilities located in areas where there are special geographical restrictions.
