Résumé

This Regulation defines general requirements to the procedure and rules for mandatory certification of veterinary drugs in the Republic of Tajikistan, as well as norms, rules and requirements for the production, import, trade, storage and use of veterinary drugs. The Regulation is aimed at ensuring the recognition of certificates of veterinary drugs issued by the Center for State Control of Veterinary Drugs (CGCVP), which are valid throughout the territory of the Republic of Tajikistan. Samples for testing shall be taken in the quantities specified in the relevant instructions. The samples shall be divided into three parts: for laboratory testing (sterility, harmlessness, activity, drug authenticity, etc.); for production testing and for storage in arbitration. Procedure for certification of veterinary drugs and substances: (a) submittal of application; (b) identification of veterinary medicine documents; and (c) testing of veterinary drugs and substances conducted in accredited testing laboratories.
