Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes the obligation of identification of animals, conditions of issuing, content and form of health certificates for animals and the carcasses of slaughtered animals, the content and form of veterinary referrals, content statements on food safety of animals for slaughter, and contents of the declaration of transporters of animals. In particular, veterinary certificate is issued and approved for: live poultry for slaughter and transported from the farm to a slaughterhouse; carcasses of farmed game slaughtered on the farm and transported from the farm to a slaughterhouse; dogs, cats and ferrets for movement between Member States or their introduction from third countries.
