This text entered into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette (published on 17 October 2008).
Résumé

This Regulation determines the form and content of quality certificates for seeds and/or plant parts (a sample of seed quality certificate is given in the Annex of this text). The seed quality certificate shall contain: name of authorized institution, archive number and date, information about the producer (name of legal entity, address and headquarters, number of the examination request); data on the basic material from which the reproductive material was obtained (wood species, Latin and vernacular name, type of basic material, number of recognized unit from the Register, provenance area/identification code); data on the reproductive material (origin of reproductive material and number of the certificate of origin, category of reproductive material, date of collection of reproductive material, weight of the batch of reproductive material, sample weight, book number of the authorized examination institution, date of receipt of reproductive material for examination, among other specific parameters (see article 2 for complete technical list).
