Résumé: This Regulation, with the purpose of rational management and protection of bluefin tuna, including the economic fishing of bluefin tuna by the surrounding nets, here prescribes the implementing rules as regards the Regulation (EU) 2016/1627 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 14 September 2016 on a multi-annual recovery plan for bluefin tuna in the eastern Atlantic and the Mediterranean, and repealing Council Regulation (EC) No 302/2009.
