Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation prescribes the detailed conditions to be followed and respected by all legal entities that are dealing, handling and are engaged in activities with many toxic substances and products in relation to the plant protection practices and needs.
