Résumé

This Regulation determines the costs of procedures for registering and using the designation of origin, the geographical indication and the guaranteed traditional designation specialty. The costs in the procedure for registering and using the designation of origin, the geographical label and the label for guaranteed traditional specialty for food products shall also contain relative costs of the members of Professional Commission who are experts in relevant field and who are not are in full-time employment at the Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Water Management; and costs of the on-site inspection performed by competent inspectors from the State Inspectorate for agriculture amounts.
