The Regulation consists in five Sections. Section I deals with General Provisions, among others it states that products which do not bear a sanitary certificate regarding the presence of hazardous substances, issued by the competent authority of the exporter, may not enter Bulgaria. Section II determines the rights and obligations of the authorities for quarantine and inspection of plant products. Sections III and IV contains specific rules for the import and export of plant products. Finally, Section V defines penalties for offenders of the rules of this Regulation.
