Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on environmental noise protection, determines the detailed content of strategic noise maps and noise action plans, the manner of preparation and manner of data collection for the preparation of such strategic noise maps and noise action plans, as well as the manner of their collection, storage and recording. Strategic noise maps should be in accordance with the changes of the spatial and urban plans and are reviewed every five years. This text further sets issues regarding the noise difference map, which is a map that is made on the basis of the developed strategic noise map, and from which the difference between the existing and/or the predicted noise emission level and the allowed noise level is visible. This Regulation is harmonized with the provisions provided in the Directive 2002/49/EC of the European Parliament and of the Council relating to the assessment and management of environmental noise.
