Résumé This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on radiological and nuclear safety, determines the content, scope, manner and frequency of reporting on the operation of nuclear power plants in order to improve the safety and reliability of nuclear installations. The general and specific conditions related to the reporting on operation of an installation, prescribed by this Regulation, shall apply to a step-by-step approach to a nuclear fuel installation, research reactor, enrichment facility or processing plant, taking into account complexity, specificity and level of hazards for each nuclear plant or facility. This text transposes the provisions of the Council Directive 2014/87/EURATOM amending Directive 2009/71/Euratom establishing a Community framework for the nuclear safety of nuclear installations.
