Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food, which is composed of 16 articles and three Annexes, lays down requirements for the production, labeling, marketing and use of medicated feedingstuffs, form and content of a veterinary prescription, training on medicated feedingstuffs and the control of the implementation of these provisions. This Regulation applies also to feed additives. In particular, installations for the production and marketing of medicated feedingstuffs must meet the following conditions: (1) be registered in the Veterinary Administration of the Republic of Slovenia; (2) meet the requirements of regulations governing conditions for the plants in the field of animal nutrition; (3) be provided with appropriate facilities, technical equipment and adequate facilities for the separate storage of medicated feed; (4) have a system of internal controls for the medicated feedingstuffs.
