Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the Serbian Law on Agricultural Land, prescribes the detailed conditions to be met by a company, ie an enterprise or other legal entity when engaged in the process of the preparation of a project for the conversion of uncultivable or non-arable land parcels into arable agricultural land on the territory of the Republic of Serbia. The project of conversion of uncultivated into arable agricultural land is a document containing: general characteristics of the area for conversion of uncultivated agricultural land into arable (climatic, pedological, hydrographic), obtained by field reconnaissance, field testing of land, ie opening pedological profile, soil sampling, description of external and internal morphology of pedological profile) and examination of the required physical, water-air, chemical and biological characteristics of the soil; state of agricultural production; documentation on owners and users of agricultural land (transcripts of real estate sheets, ie possession sheets or land registry entries, copy of cadastral plan); project solution for conversion of uncultivated agricultural land into arable land (technical landscaping, hydro-technical works, agro-technical works); deadlines for individual phases of works and bill of quantities and estimate of works which provide optimal conditions for growing a particular plant species in a way that is safe and appropriate for the use of agricultural land in terms of risk of increased erosion intensity and geological hazard, endangering soil quality, with compliance with restrictions in the areas of protection prescribed by the law governing nature protection.
