Résumé This Regulation specifies the conditions and method of exercising the right to obtain incentives in cattle breeding for cows for raising of calves for fattening, as well as the request form for exercising the right to such incentives. The right to incentives is exercised by a legal entity, an entrepreneur and a natural person - the owner of a commercial family agricultural farm, who meets the conditions prescribed by the Law governing incentives in agriculture and rural development and who has renewed their registration in the Register of Agricultural Farms for the current year. The Ministry responsible for agriculture affairs - the Administration for Agrarian Payments announces a public call for submission of applications for exercising the right to incentives in animal husbandry for cows for raising calves for fattening, which is published on the website of the ministry responsible for agriculture.
