This Regulation enters into force on the day after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation prescribes all related criteria and necessary standards and conditions aimed to regulate the financial aspects (including state aid and state allocated budget) of the water management and development sector on the territory of the Serbian Republic.
