This Regulation enters into force on the day of its adoption and will be published in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation grants the necessary maritime domain concession and related permits for the purpose of construction and commercial use of special purpose ports-nautical port Marina Kastela on the territory of the Croatian Republic, and particularly focused on the expansion of the nautical port located on this site.
