Résumé

This Regulation prescribes necessary conditions for scientific and technical capacities that scientific and research institutions must meet if engaged in experimental, scientific research, selection or development works in plant production sector. Scientific and research institutions for carrying out research activity on materials should meet general conditions for scientific and technical capacities. Scientific and research institutions may carry out research activities on materials intended for experimental, scientific research, selection or development works for: - materials containing harmful organisms listed in the Lists of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects and objects; - materials that contain other types of harmful organisms that are not listed in the Lists, and for which approval has been issued for the introduction or movement of harmful organisms, plants, plant products and other objects and objects intended for experimental, scientific research, selection or development works by the Phytosanitary Administration.
