Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the national Law on waste management, determines the amount of costs for inspections executed at the request of a legal entity and/or natural person, including the manner for collecting such funds. The amount of the costs of inspection, performed at the request of the legal and natural person is for: on-site inspection lasting up to 8 hours; on-site inspection that lasts from 8 to 12 hours. The amount of the costs shall also include costs for: transport (spent fuel per kilometer and toll costs); witnesses, experts and other civil servants; chemical analysis of water; analysis of emissions of gases and dust; analysis of heavy metals in water and soil; analysis using chromatographic techniques are charged in accordance with different Regulation (see article 2, paragraph2, point 3).
