Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of 13 paragraphs and one Annex, lays down: (1) detailed scope of tasks performed by the Agency for the Agricultural Market, concerning implementation of the program Fruits in school; (2) detailed conditions of participation in the program; (3) detailed conditions of granting subsidies within the program specified in art. 103ga point 1 of the Council Regulation (EC) No. 1234/2007 establishing a common organisation of agricultural markets and on specific provisions for certain agricultural products (Single CMO Regulation); (4) rights and obligations related to the implementation of the program Fruits in school. The program Fruits in school includes sharing apples, pears, strawberries, carrots, radishes, sweet peppers, fruit and vegetable juices to pupils of classes I-III of primary schools.
