Résumé

State enterprises of agro-biological industry and other producers, irrespectively of the forms of property and departmental subordination, use in the process of manufacturing and control of biological preparations for diagnostics, prophylaxis and combating infectious animal disease (agricultural, zoo, marketable, fur-bearing cellular animals, fishes, bees, bombyx) attenuated and virulent isolates of micro-organisms: viruses, bacteria and fungi of the pathogens of various infectious disease. The Regulation consists of 13 Sections. Section 1 lays down general provisions. Section 2 regards organization and keeping territory. Section 3 establishes regulations for equipment and keeping production sites. Section 4 establishes the modalities of management of micro-organisms and poisons of biological origin, their registration, storage and handling. Section 5 establishes regulations for leofilization in the process of manufacturing of biological preparations. Section 6 establishes the modalities of safe work with big and small animals. Section 7 regards medical examination of personnel and working authorization. Section 8 regards working clothes. Section 9 regards air purity control and functioning of auto-claves. Section 10 regards organization of safety techniques. Section 11 contains regulation on the commission of control over the observance of biological safety requirements. Section 12 contains annexes. Section 13 contains normative references.
