Entry into force notes

This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation provides for: necessary technical and administrative requirements for the production and placing on the market of animal feed/feedingstuff for live animals with special nutritional needs (feed containing special mixtures, active substances, vitamins and/or similar); offences and consequential penalties for the non-compliance with rules here stipulated.
