Sealed radioactive resources, radioisotopes with an half-life higher than 100 days and nuclear waste from nuclear fuel are exempt from the provisions of this Regulation. Solid, liquid, and gas radioactive waste with a radioactivity higher than the threshold values indicated in the Regulation could not be discharged in the environment. Companies having such wastes should apply to Turkish Atomic Agency Institution. Threshold radioactive values of solid, liquid and gas waste containing are in detailed. Types, dosage and quantities of such waste should be recorded and submitted to the Agency every year. Texte intégral Turc
