Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture, Forestry and Food establishes the procedure for obtaining the status of protected zone, detailed requirements for the implementation of official surveys, requirements for the movement of certain plants, plant products and other objects to the protected zone and through the secure area, and the list of protected zones. For the purposes of these provisions protected zones are defined as pest-free areas and areas with low incidence of pests where there is a danger that certain harmful organisms will be in good ecological conditions settled in certain plants, despite the fact that these organisms are not settled. The list of protected zones and the period of validity of protected zones is available at the website of the Administration for the Protection of Plants and Seeds. This Regulation is composed of 19 articles divided into the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Protected zone (Sec. 2); Special control (Sec. 3); Surveys (Sec. 4); Special conditions for movement (Sec. 5); Records and reporting (Sec. 6); Costs (Sec. 7); Transitional and final provisions (Sec. 8).
