Regulation on prohibitions and restrictions on imports and transit of certain types of plants aimed to prevent the introduction of bacterial blight of apple and pear-Erwinia amylovora (Burill) Winslow et al.

This Regulation, in order to prevent the introduction of quarantine plant pathogen bacterial blight disease (of apples and pears) called Erwinia amylovora (Burill) Winslow et al. hereby prohibits the importation of living plants and parts thereof (other than fruit and seeds) and their transit (if they are not sealed or properly closed) as listed in the text (articles 1 and 2).
