Résumé This Regulation aims at protecting public health by identifying working principles and procedures of businesses of real and legal persons, which fight against pests by using agents such as insecticides, rodenticides and molluscicides. This Regulation also sets forth the procedures and principles of disinfestation by public institutions and organizations.
