Résumé This Regulation sets forth the rules and procedures of determination and/or declaration of hazelnut plantation areas, procedures of making out declarations, issuing hazelnut producer certificates. It also sets forth rules and procedures for the implementation of economic incentive measures. The Regulation further covers provisions on production permits and registration of hazelnut production.
