Résumé This Regulation determines the necessary phytosanitary requirements which must be met by all wood packaging material when used in international traffic. This text further defines issues related to the treatment and labelling procedures for such wooden packaging material; conditions that must be met by all involved legal and natural persons that apply treatment procedures and perform marking of wooden material for packaging purposes; professional, spatial and technical conditions aimed for legal entities engaged in the performance of official verification and confirmation of compliance with conditions for treatment and labelling of wooden packaging material; phytosanitary inspection and inspection supervision.
