Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Infrastructure, which is composed of seven Paragraphs and one Annex, establishes: detailed conditions and mode of issuing permissions of vehicles to transport some goods; form of the permission (specified in the Annex); way of filling the permission. The permission shall be issued by the Director of the Transport Technical Control for not longer than one year.
