Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Law on food (Republic of Srpska), determines the necessary rules on quality, categorization and additional requirements for the labelling of pasta, dough and dough food products placed on the market of Republika Srpska and intended for human consumption. According to the purpose, composition, characteristics and type of technological process of production, the products defined by this text are classified and placed on the market as: 1) pasta; 2) dough and dough products. Pasta are products obtained by mixing and by shaping wheat semolina (purpose flour) with water, and other ingredients and additives that may be added, in accordance with food regulations. According to the type of technological process, pasta foodstuff is sorted and placed on the market under the following possible name: 1) fresh pasta; 2) dried pasta; 3) pre-cooked pasta; 4) quick-frozen pasta.
