The Regulation covers the following topics: Approval and registration of facilities; Control of products that are equated with food; Control of meat; Control of milk; Sampling and analysis; and Laboratories. The control authority shall annually establish a plan for the authority's food control, which shall over a period of at least three years and coverall areas for which the authority is responsible.
