This Regulation entered into force on 12 June 2015.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four paragraphs and two Annexes, establishes official laboratories specified in art. 12 of Regulation (EC) No. 882/2004 of the European Parliament and of the Council on official controls performed to ensure the verification of compliance with feed and food law, animal health and animal welfare rules, and reference laboratories specified in art. 33 fo Regulation No. 882/2004. The scope of analysis carried out by these laboratories is specified in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the present Regulation.

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of four articles and two Annexes, establishes official laboratories specified in art. 37 of the Regulation (EU) 2017/625 and national reference laboratories specified in art. 100 of the Regulation (EU) 2017/625. The lists of these laboratories and the scope of analysis are specified in Annex 1 and Annex 2 to the present Regulation.
