Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with the provisions of the Croatian Mining Law, prescribes full set of provisions in relation to professional examination in mining. This text determines all necessary rules and issues governing the manner and procedure, and further sets related examination conditions, among educational, administrative and technical requirements as regards the taking of official professional mining exams.
