Résumé This Regulation sets the minimum sanitary and food safety issues through the implementation of rules regarding the technical, technological and professional/educational requirements to be observed, fulfilled and respected by all food facilities/processing plants engaged in processing and production of fruits and vegetables, present on the federal territory of the FBIH.
