Résumé The Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development lays down minimum conditions of keeping species of livestock other that those for which norms of protection were regulated in provisions of the European Union: (1) cattle excluding calves; (2) horse, sheep, goats, ostrich, quail, guinea fowl, arctic foxes, common foxes, raccoon dogs, minks, polecats, rabbits, chinchilla, coypu, deer and fallow deer; (3) turkeys, geese and ducks in farms keeping at least 100 heads of these birds. These conditions are specifies individually for each specie. This Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Minimum conditions of keeping cattle (Sec. 2); Minimum conditions of keeping horses (Sec. 3); Minimum conditions of keeping sheep (Sec. 4); Minimum conditions of keeping goats (Sec. 5); Minimum conditions of keeping turkeys, geese, ducks, ostrich, quail and guinea fowl (Sec. 6); Minimum conditions of keeping fur animals (Sec. 7); Minimum conditions of keeping deer and fallow deer (Sec. 8).
