The production and use value of a variety is determined on the basis of the results of examination of certain essential characteristics of the variety which refer to: 1) observation of phenological phases; 2) resistance to pathogens and pests; 3) resistance to low temperatures; 4) yield; 5) morphological characteristics of the fruit.
