The Regulation enters into force 30 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.
Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of six Paragraphs, establishes that, in case of suspicion or detection of inappropriate health quality of foodstuffs, the National Sanitary Inspection shall: specify the amount of the foodstuff concerned and the method of storage; protect the foodstuff concerned by marking and using seals or stamps of the National Sanitary Inspection; examine the questioned foodstuff; take samples for laboratory testing purposes; protect documentation of the internal quality control and other materials which can be used to establish the health quality of the foodstuff; initiate proceedings to verify the circumstances which caused the inappropriate quality of foodstuff. The Regulation does not apply to foodstuffs of animal origin which are controlled by the Veterinary Inspection.
