Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and the Environment lays down control rules and measures to control classical swine fever. The occurrence or suspicion of classical swine fever is subject to compulsory and immediate notification to the competent authority. Further the Regulation provides measures to be taken in case of suspicion of infection and in case of outbreak of the disease. The Regulation is composed of the following Sections: General provisions (Sec. 1); Suspicion of classical swine fever (Sec. 2); Confirmation of classical swine fever (Sec. 3); Protection and surveillance zones (Sec. 4); Cleaning, disinfection and re-population (Sec. 5); Suspected or confirmed classical swine fever in a slaughterhouse or in means of transport (Sec. 6); Classical swine fever in feral pigs (Sec. 7); Diagnostic procedures, testing and reference laboratories (Sec. 8); Vaccination (Sec. 9); Community control (Sec. 10); Plan (Sec. 11); Use of waste (Sec. 12); Final provisions (Sec. 13).
