Résumé This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Croatian Law on marine fisheries and further in accordance with the terms provided in the Council Regulation (EU) 2022/110 fixing for 2022 the fishing opportunities for certain fish stocks and groups of fish stocks applicable in the Mediterranean and Black Seas, prescribes the manner of commercial fishing with surrounding-sardine swimmer's net. Rules here prescribed are regarding the following: catch limits; maximum number of fishing days per vessel; periods of regular fishing ban; permanent spatial ban for all vessels areas and periods of prohibition of fishing in order to protect younger annual classes of small blue fish.
