Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Serbian Law on energy, prescribes the detailed criteria for acquiring the status of endangered or vulnerable energy customer (electricity or natural gas), including methods of protection, contents of related requests, conditions, term and procedure for acquiring such status, as well as the necessary documental evidence that has to be attached to the request. An energy-endangered customer is a customer from the household category (single or multi-member family) who lives in one housing unit with one metering point where consumption is of electricity or natural gas is measured, and which consumes the maximum amount of electricity or natural gas in accordance with this Regulation. An energy-dangerous customer is also the household which has a member that due to particular health conditions may have an endangered life or health if subject to a suspension of energy supply. Chapter VIII sets the method for providing financial resources for energy protection of endangered customers. Chapter IX (article 17) is on offences and penalties.
