Résumé The present Regulation of the Minister of Environment is composed of seven Paragraphs. A restricted area outside a nuclear facility is established to ensure that the annual effective dose outside that area does not exceed 0.3 mSv in respect of all exposure sources. Restricted areas shall not be used for the following purposes: construction of residential buildings, other structures for permanent accommodation of people, and public utility buildings; farming crop for consumption or animal grazing; conducting business activity not related to the operations of the nuclear facility; in the event of a radiation accident whose consequences may extend beyond the boundaries of the nuclear facility area, access to the restricted area shall be limited strictly to the personnel participating in rescue or repair action.
