This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé

This Regulation prescribes the manner for keeping records on trade in plant nutrition products, data on transport of fertilizers, including the conditions to be met by warehouses and storage facilities and/or sites, additional rules for storage and handling of fertilizers, and other administrative issues such as data collection regarding the distributors, wholesalers, retailers and importers.
