This Regulation entered into force on 22 April 2011.

Résumé

The present Regulation of the Minister of Health, which is composed of 11 paragraphs and three Annexes, establishes: (1) requirements for bathing water; (2) the scope of testing water and place used for bathing water; (3) referential methods of testing water; (4) methods of sampling, storage and transport of water samples; (5) classification of bathing water; (6) the way of evaluating quality of water and place used for bathing water; (7) details on internal control of bathing water. Par. 3 specifies types of pollution which should not be contained in bathing water, as they are danger to health and life of persons using bathing water.
