The Regulation enters into force 14 days after publication in the Journal of Laws.

Résumé

This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of three paragraphs and one Annex, confers a status on the Agency for the Agricultural Market. The Annex, which contains the status, consists of the following sections: General rulings (sect. 1); Chairperson (sect. 2); Supervisory Board (sect. 3); Field units of the Agency (sect. 4); Financial management (sect. 5); Authorization (sect. 6).
