Résumé This Regulation prescribes the necessary conditions under which fossils, minerals and crystals, which re considered as movable protected natural documents) may be given to a legal entity for their protection and related storage or protective custody. Movable protected natural documents are individual objects/specimens of geological, paleontological and biological origin and considered as documents or objects, which have been declared as protected, and which cannot be actually protected at the place where they were originally found or kept. Indicated legal entity in terms of this Regulation is a Natural History Museum, a local museum, a museum within the faculty, or another person who owns a registered collection. Article 3 lists all technical-equipment, spatial and educational requirements that are meant for such legal entities.
