Résumé This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Montenegrin Law on the protection from negative impacts of climate change, prescribes the conditions regarding the staff and equipment that should be met by all legal entities engaged in the process of verification of greenhouse gas emission reports. Article 2 lists all specific educational and professional criteria, indications and requirements. Article 3 provides for the list of minimum equipment that the authorized verifier has to have if engaged in the process of verification of previously issued greenhouse gas emission reports.
