Résumé This Regulation of the Minister of Agriculture and Rural Development, which is composed of two paragraphs, establishes that a member of the organization of fruits or vegetables producers can resign in the written form giving the reasons of resigning. The period of the notice is six months starting from the date specified in paragraph 3.
