Résumé

This Regulation, based on the provisions of the Law on hunting (Republika Srpska), determines the necessary conditions and indicates the manner of catching and keeping game in fenced areas. The request for catching and keeping game in a fenced area, when required by the needs of science, teaching, zoos, museums and exports, is submitted by a company or other legal entity registered to perform that kind of activity. The user of hunting ground, in case when game present on non-hunting areas causes damage, can organize the capture of the same for the purpose of its transferring to proper hunting ground area.
