Entry into force notes: This Regulation enters into force eight days after its publication in the Official Gazette.

Résumé: This Regulation prescribes all necessary conditions and standards to be applied on foreign yachts and boats which are intended to pass trough or to stay on the sea territory of the Croatian Republic, for recreational, tourist cruises, participation in sports competitions or boat shows.
