Résumé

This Regulation, as in accordance with provisions of the Serbian Law on packaging and packaging waste, determines for which chemicals the manufacturer or importer is obliged to determine the deposit for individual packaging in which the chemical is placed, and sets the amount of such deposit for certain types of packaging as in relation to the type of packaging or chemical contained in the same. The manufacturer or importer of chemicals shall set a deposit for individual packaging in which chemicals are stored, except for packaging referred to in article 3 of this text. These terms are regarding the following: packaging which, after emptying, has the character of hazardous waste; and packaging of a package containing a chemical in a nominal quantity equal to or greater than 50 kilograms or liters.
